The location for the 2026 Four Bodies Alignment Retreat is now confirmed.
From 17–20 July 2026, the programme will take place at Cilbrwyn Country House, a historic country home set in the hills just outside Swansea.
Surrounded by woodland and gardens, the property offers the privacy, quiet and natural setting needed for deep personal work. Recently renovated while maintaining its historic character, the house provides comfortable accommodation and shared spaces where the group can reset and focus across the three-day programme.
The Setting
Cilbrwyn sits within peaceful countryside with views across surrounding greenery and gardens. The space is calm, private and removed from everyday distractions — the kind of environment that allows people to slow down and properly reconnect with themselves.
Guest rooms offer comfortable shared accommodation with private bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities and hypoallergenic bedding, creating a relaxed and restful place to stay during the retreat.

The Space for the Work
Throughout the retreat the house and grounds will host the full Four Bodies Alignment programme, including:
• Yoga, breathwork and meditation• Workshops and integration circles• Detox meals and shared dining• Evening ceremonies and sound work• Time to rest and reflect in the gardens or hot tub
With only 14 participants, the atmosphere stays intimate and supportive, allowing everyone space for the process.
Location
