Weekend Itinerary
Sth Wales Wellness Retreat
Fri 17th - 20th July 2026  

Friday 17th July - New beginnings

 

  • 3pm - 5pm Check in to the retreat from 3pm onwards - Retreat directions, Welcome nutritious detox snack & herbal tea of your choice

  • 5-6pm - Group integration circle

  • 6-7pm - Group dinner - Healthy salad 1

  • 7.30-9.30pm - Cacao ceremony - weekend intentions - ecstatic dance

  • 9-30pm - Personal reflection time - Journaling - enjoying the grounds

  • 11pm - Suggested bed time

 

Saturday 18th July - Juice detox day (500ml coconut water available for all at their choosing)

 

  • 8am-9am - Morning Yoga chilled flow

  • 9am - Morning Juice 1 (celery)

  • 9am-11am Morning chill - garden walking meditation

  • 11am-12pm Four bodies alignment workshop with Matthew & Elinor (bring your notepads/journals :))

  • 12pm - Morning Juice 2 (Orange, carrot, ginger, turmeric & black pepper)

  • 1-2pm Personal reflection time

  • 2-3pm - Meditation & breath work

  • 3pm - Afternoon Juice 3 (Apple, Lettuce, cucumber, celery, parsley, lemon, cayenne pepper & spirulina)

  • 4-5pm - Conscious communication workshop with Matthew & Elinor

  • 6pm - Evening Juice 4 - (Apple, beetroot, ginger, lemon & chlorella)

  • 6pm-7pm - Group integration and reflection

  • 7pm-10pm - Hot tub session

  • 10pm - Bedtime Juice 5 - Charcoal water, lemon & sea salt

  • 11pm suggested bedtime

 

Sunday 19th July - Post Detox day (well done you!)

 

  • 8am-9am - Morning Yoga chilled flow

  • 9am - Breakfast - Morning power smoothie (Banana, dates, almond butter, almond milk)

  • 9am-11am Morning chill - garden walking meditation

  • 11am-12pm Life purpose workshop with Matthew & Elinor (bring your notepads/journals :))

  • 12pm-1pm Personal reflection time

  • 1pm-2pm - Lunch - Umami crunch power salad ( avocado, Lettuce, Red onion, Cherry tomato, olives, umami garlic ginger dressing)

  • 2pm-3pm - Personal reflection time

  • 3-4pm - Soundbath & Reiki session

  • 4-5pm - Intimacy workshop with Matthew & Elinor

  • 6pm-7pm - Group integration and reflection

  • 7pm-8.30pm Dinner - Roasted butternut squash & quinoa rainbow salad

  • 8.30pm-9pm - Meditation

  • 9-11pm - Hot tub session

 

Monday 20th July - A New You

 

  • 8am-9am - Farewell Breakfast - Fruit bowl (fruit selection, coconut yogurt, Almonds & Nut butter, Chia seeds)

  • 9-10.30am - Integration, Intention & manifestation

  • 10.30am-11am - Checkout ;(

 

  • Herbal teas, Cucumber, lemon and lime filtered water available throughout your stay.
